NOKTA PARK I Villa

is a modern villa with nature views and a private pool in Oludeniz/Ovacik. All details have been considered for you to have a pleasant holiday in our villa. You will spend a peaceful holiday in our villa with 4 bedrooms with suites and accommodation capacity for 8 people, accompanied by magnificent nature. Located in a large garden, this villa has spacious usage areas.

Living room : It is designed as an open plan living room / kitchen and is located on the ground floor.

Kitchen : It is designed as an open kitchen/living room and is located on the ground floor.

Details : In our open-plan kitchen, there are all kinds of kitchen utensils and electronic items that can meet your needs during your vacation.

Pool Floor Terrace : Private swimming pool, Private garden, Sun loungers, Sun umbrellas, Sunbathing area, Barbecue, Table and chairs for 6 people 

Pool garden maintenance is done early in the morning. Regular maintenance is carried out every day by the people in charge. 

Pool Dimensions : Width: 5,50 m Length: 10,50 m Depth: 1,40 m

Note : Damage deposit is 1500 TL. It will be collected in cash from the customer on the day of arrival and will be refunded in full if there is no damage, missing, etc. in the check to be made before the customer leaves the villa / apartment.

Note: Our guests staying in our villas will have the chance to benefit from the privileged services of ZEHRA KULEM BEACH, the most private and only conservative beach in the region and serving within our company.

ZEHRA KULEM BEACH

Zehra Kulem Beach is the first and only conservative beach in Muğla / Fethiye. We offer private use to our villa guests. With its magnificent location, clean and clear sea water, it has an area where you can spend time with your family and friends all day long. The private beach area for women is sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside. There is an open buffet a la carte restaurant, prayer room, changing and shower area in the beach area. Apart from the men’s swimming area, there is also a conservative family swimming area. For privacy in the family swimming area, a haşema (long sea suit) is mandatory for female guests. You can also have a pleasant meal in the magnificent restaurant by the sea. Inland, you can spend time in peace with the natural pond and family pavilions around the pond. There are also hiking trails, camping areas and pavilion rental services for barbecues. NOTE : ZEHRA KULEM BEACH ENTRANCE + PARKING + SUNBED AND UMBRELLA FEE FOR OUR GUESTS STAYING IN OUR VILLAS IS 80 TL. ALL OTHER SERVICES ON THE BEACH ARE PAID.
