Opal Villa

Customers are obliged to use the villa/apart/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic equipment and other furniture delivered to them in the villa/apart/apartment in working and sound condition. During their stay, they will pay for any damage to the villa, any damage to the villa and the cost of any lost items before leaving the villa. Customers will be understanding towards the neighbors around the villa and will avoid any behavior and noise that will disturb the environment. In addition, weapons, drugs, etc. They will not keep any legally prohibited substances, they will not harbor legally wanted persons / fugitives in the villa, in short, the villa will not be used for any illegal activity. The customer is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and other persons accompanying (accompanying) him/her that may occur due to his/her own fault in the rented residence during the rental period.

*The maximum number of people is indicated in the description of each vacation rental. It must not exceed the number of guests confirmed and stated on the receipt/document during the rental period, the number of people staying in the house includes children and babies. If the maximum number of people who can stay in the house is exceeded, the extra occupants will be asked to leave or will be charged extra.

*During the pre-booking phase of the holiday home, the customer’s declaration is processed in line with the customer’s declaration. The customer accepts and undertakes that the information provided is correct and complete. Our company is not responsible for any problems arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

*Zehra villa is an intermediary company between the landlord and the customer. When there is a problem with the house, the landlord or the person concerned is obliged to fix this problem. In cases where the problem is not resolved, Zehra villa helps to eliminate the problem.

*The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 1.500 TL upon arrival. The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa / apartment / apartment and will be returned in cash before the customer leaves the villa / apartment / apartment if there is no damage, missing, etc. in the villa / apartment / apartment and villa / apartment / apartment fixtures delivered intact.

*Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:30. These time zones are subject to change depending on the availability of the house with the approval of the host.

*Weekly villa/apart/apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning. Apart from this, all kinds of cleaning and towel / sheet etc. change to be requested. change is subject to charge. The pool and garden maintenance of the villa is carried out early every morning, and any technical problems in the villa during the rental period will be resolved by the landlord.

The damage deposit will be collected in cash from the guests on the day of arrival and will be returned in full if there is no damage, missing, etc. in the check to be made before the guests leave the villa / apartment.

*Her tatil konutu açıklamalarında maksimum kişi sayısı belirtilmiştir. Kiralama süresince belirtilen ve makbuz/belgede onaylanan konuk sayısını geçmemelidir, evde kalacak insan sayısına çocuklar ve bebekler dahildir. Eğer evde kalabilecek maksimum insan sayısı geçilmişse fazla sayıdaki insanın evden ayrılmasını istenecek veya belli oranda ekstra ücret talep edilecektir.

*Tatil konutu ön rezervasyon aşamasında müşterinin beyanı doğrultusunda işlemler yapılmaktadır. Müşteri vermiş olduğu bilgilerin doğru ve eksiksiz olduğunu kabul ve taahhüt eder. Müşterinin vermiş olduğu eksik ya da yanlış bilgilerden kaynaklanan sorunlardan firmamız sorumlu değildir.

*Zehra villa, ev sahibi ile müşteri arasında aracı firmadır. Ev ile ilgili bir sorun olduğunda ev sahibi veya ilgili kişi bu sorunu gidermekle yükümlüdür. Sorunun giderilmediği durumlarda Zehra villas sorunu gidermeye yardımcı olur.

*Müşteri eve girişte 1.500 TL kaparo ödemekle yükümlüdür. Hasar depozitosu müşteriden, villaya/aparta/daireye giriş günü nakit olarak tahsil edilecek ve müşteri villadan/aparttan/daireden ayrılmadan önce yapılacak kontrolde, sağlam olarak teslim edilen villa/apart/daire ile villanın/apartın/dairenin demirbaşlarında bir hasar, eksik vs. yok ise nakit olarak iade edilecektir.

*Eve giriş saati 16:00 sonrası , evden çıkış saati ise saat 10:30’e kadardır. Bu saat dilimleri, müşterinin ev sahibinin onayını alması ile evin müsaitlik durumuna bağlı olarak değiştirebilir.

*Haftalık villa/apart/daire kiralama fiyatlarına giriş temizliği dahildir. Bunun dışında talep edilecek her türlü temizlik ve havlu/çarşaf vs. değişimi ücrete tabidir. Villanın her sabah erken saatlerde havuz ve bahçe bakımı yapılmakta olup kiralama süresince villada herhangi bir teknik sorun yaşanırsa ev sahibi tarafından giderilecektir.

Hasar depozitosu misafirlerden giriş günü nakit olarak tahsil edilecek ve misafirler villadan/aparttan ayrılmadan önce yapılacak kontrolde herhangi bir hasar, eksik vs yok ise aynen iade edilecektir.
