Customers are obliged to use the villa/apart/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic equipment and other furniture delivered to them in the villa/apart/apartment in working and sound condition. During their stay, they will pay for any damage to the villa, any damage to the villa and the cost of any lost items before leaving the villa. Customers will be understanding towards the neighbors around the villa and will avoid any behavior and noise that will disturb the environment. In addition, weapons, drugs, etc. They will not keep any legally prohibited substances, they will not harbor legally wanted persons / fugitives in the villa, in short, the villa will not be used for any illegal activity. The customer is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and other persons accompanying (accompanying) him/her that may occur due to his/her own fault in the rented residence during the rental period. *The maximum number of people is indicated in the description of each vacation rental. It must not exceed the number of guests confirmed and stated on the receipt/document during the rental period, the number of people staying in the house includes children and babies. If the maximum number of people who can stay in the house is exceeded, the extra occupants will be asked to leave or will be charged extra. *During the pre-booking phase of the holiday home, the customer’s declaration is processed in line with the customer’s declaration. The customer accepts and undertakes that the information provided is correct and complete. Our company is not responsible for any problems arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer. *Zehra villas is the intermediary company between the homeowner and the customer. When there is a problem with the house, the landlord or the relevant person is obliged to solve this problem. In cases where the problem is not solved, Zehra villas help to solve the problem. *The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 1.500 TL at the entrance. The damage deposit will be collected in cash on the day the customer enters the villa/apart/apartment and will be returned in cash before the customer leaves the villa/apart/apartment if there is no damage, missing etc. in the villa/apart/apartment and the villa/apart/apartment fixtures are delivered intact. *Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:30. These time zones are subject to change depending on the availability of the house with the approval of the host. *Weekly villa/apart/apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning. Apart from this, any cleaning and towel / sheet etc. change to be requested is subject to a fee. The pool and garden maintenance of the villa is done early every morning, and any technical problems that will be experienced in the villa during the rental period will be resolved by the landlord.
The damage deposit will be collected in cash from the customer on the day of check-in and will be fully refunded if there is no damage, missing, etc. in the check to be made before the customer leaves the villa / apartment.
